Michael Zaranek, PGA

Director of Golf

A Ludlow native, Michael is a 20-year Class-A member of the PGA of America. A former PGA Section Player of the year in Vermont, Michael played in the PGA Tour CVS Classic. After 15 years as head teaching pro at Crumpin Fox Golf Club, Michael was thrilled to return to Vermont at Brattleboro Country Club in 2018. His enthusiasm for every aspect of the golf business is evident, but his passion is for teaching golfers at all levels and ages.

Junior Golf Camps

Help your child discover the game of a lifetime this summer by attending a PGA Junior Golf Camp at BRATTLEBORO COUNTRY CLUB. PGA Junior Golf Camps will foster your child’s love for golf whether they want to pick up a new skill or compete in tournament play. We teach golf’s traditions. We teach its techniques. We just make it fun and do it in a way that lets kids be kids!

Junior golfers will create wonderful memories at Brattleboro Country Club, an 18-hole course complete with extensive practice areas.

A recent renovation at Brattleboro included new family friendly greens and a junior program, creating a perfect environment for juniors of all skill levels to learn to play. Every hole on the course is unique and Brattleboro Country Club was named in Vermont Business Magazine in 2017, 2018, and 2019 as the Best Golf Course in Windham/Windsor Counties. With its driving range, pitching and chipping areas, and putting green, Battleboro Country Club is a great place for juniors to discover and nurture their love of the game.
